Using your Zoned ActiveDough™ Pillow is easy. First, take the pillow out of its packaging and let it air for a bit. Then, you can put on the 100% natural cotton cover. For an extra soothing experience, spray the included 4 mL spritzer of pure, organically grown CBD oil on the pillowcase. Just a few sprays will do. When you're ready to sleep, lie down with the pillow supporting your neck and cradling your head thanks to the Zoned Technology™ design. As for maintenance, you can spot - clean the cotton cover with a mild detergent and let it air dry. Avoid machine - washing the pillow itself. Keep the pillow in a cool, dry place when not in use.
