Using your Shoulder CarbonCool™ LT Pillow is easy. Just place it on your bed and rest your head on it. If you're a side sleeper, use the shoulder cutout to keep your head and neck in a good position. For best results, keep the Tencel™ cover on as it helps with temperature control. When it comes to cleaning, you can remove the Tencel™ cover and wash it according to the instructions on the label.
