Once you unpack it, gently squeeze and knead the pillow to start loosening the fibers. Then, pop it in the dryer on a low tumble setting. Throw in a sock stuffed with a tennis ball to help the pillow get all fluffy again. When it's done, take it out and arrange it however you like.
